Charles "Charlie" E. Ewaskio, 61, of Cheshire, died on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 at his home.

Mr. Ewaskio was born on March 6, 1947, son of the late Alice (Andrews) and Harry Ewaskio, Jr. He was a member of the honor society at Cheshire High School (Class of 1965) where he ran track and cross-country. He received a degree from Tufts University in 1969 and went on to earn his degree in Architecture from University of Minnesota. He had a long and distinguished career as an architect.
